Luxury menswear brand, The Merchant Fox, was looking to grow their online presence and profits by expanding their digital channels and reach to increase marketplace sales.
A key challenge for The Merchant Fox was to get their Shopify site connected with other digital platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, unlocking social commerce opportunities.
We connected their shop to Facebook Business Manager to enable the brand to sell products on Facebook and Instagram, and to advertise on these platforms.
We also resolved technical issues associated with their product feed, building out a plan of action which involved updating both the shopping feed and Shopify theme.
These changes enabled The Merchant Fox to reach more customers by meeting them on the platforms they use daily, and bringing more conversion opportunities to the business.
The experience for the end customer has also been improved with greater clarity around pricing and a more intuitive way to find and purchase products through the brand’s Facebook and Instagram shops.
