Growing up in a family where everyone worked for themselves it felt inevitable that I would do the same. Combining a passion for entreprenureship and new technology was the foundation for wanting to set up Atomic Smash. I love to continuously improve myself and always strive to be a crucial part of the best team possible.

Being a co-founder of Atomic Smash, I’ve worked in multiple roles and worn many hats since the business started. As current Operations Director I’m here to help processes improve and oversee almost everything that runs through the studio.

My background is in physical product design. I joined Atomic to build on that but better understand digital development. Starting as a project manager, I’ve transitioned through Production Manager and Client Partner roles and I’m now head of our core department, Always Evolving®. I try to look after and learn from our internal teams and clients to understand what works and what doesn’t. My operational role is focused on service design and system refinement.

I lead our marketing and content strategies, support business development and pitches, and (best of all) find different ways to tell stories about our work with our clients. I care about business ethics, the environment and team happiness, and also I’m part of our internal Sustainability Working Group.

I started in sales at the ripe age of 21, beginning in a balloon shop and ending up here! I aim to make people feel excited and engaged by humanising my sales and marketing. My passion is aligning sales processes with how people want to buy.

I’m a developer for Atomic Smash with years of industry experience who also loves working on personal coding projects in their own time. I really enjoy building projects from the ground up and increasing my developer skillset. I work with the projects team to turn a design into a beautiful website. In my spare time I developed a multiplayer version of Wordle called VSRDLE.

I’m seasoned web developer with 20+ years of experience. Specialising in complex backend coding, security best practices, and privacy-first advocacy. I joined Atomic Smash after serving as Head of IT for a large marketing group. I provide mentorship to other members of the development team and am passionate about delivering high-quality, secure solutions for clients.

I would refer to myself as a perfectionist so it makes sense that I’ve transitioned to a role as a QA Engineer. My aim is to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experiences for people interacting with the products we build.
