Growing up in a family where everyone worked for themselves it felt inevitable that I would do the same. Combining a passion for entreprenureship and new technology was the foundation for wanting to set up Atomic Smash. I love to continuously improve myself and always strive to be a crucial part of the best team possible.

Being a co-founder of Atomic Smash, I’ve worked in multiple roles and worn many hats since the business started. As current Operations Director I’m here to help processes improve and oversee almost everything that runs through the studio.

I’m seasoned web developer with 20+ years of experience. Specialising in complex backend coding, security best practices, and privacy-first advocacy. I joined Atomic Smash after serving as Head of IT for a large marketing group. I provide mentorship to other members of the development team and am passionate about delivering high-quality, secure solutions for clients.

I’m a developer for Atomic Smash with years of industry experience who also loves working on personal coding projects in their own time. I really enjoy building projects from the ground up and increasing my developer skillset. I work with the projects team to turn a design into a beautiful website. In my spare time I developed a multiplayer version of Wordle called VSRDLE.

I joined Atomic Smash in 2026 after completing a course in full-stack development. Prior to this, I spent six years in Bristol working in digital communications, first as a Digital Marketer at the Bristol Beacon and later as Communications Lead at the Bristol Cable. What I enjoy most about web development is seeing how subtle improvements can elevate the look and feel of a site, creating a more accessible and impactful user experience.
